• One bonus per member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each member is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jjl77 Platform. Any member found engaging in any of the below behaviours may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited:

• Exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the jjl77 system for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to Pusoy and Poker tables.
• Using more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party who is ineligible to use jjl77.
• Placing matched bets or coordinated bets in conjunction with other members to reduce risk and extract bonus funds in a manner not intended by the promotion.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or using stolen or unauthorised payment details.
• Any conduct that jjl77 reasonably determines to be abusive, offensive, or harmful toward other members or jjl77 staff.

jjl77's total liability to any member for any direct losses arising out of these Terms shall in no event exceed the total deposits made to the Platform by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
